Parents Guidelines

  1. Check the haircut, uniform and punctuality of your ward in the morning. 
  2. See that your ward carries book/exercise books according to the time table for that day .
    No extra books are allowed. 
  3. See that he/she is prepared for the Tuesday tests and brings answer books to school on Tuesday.
     Also see his/her report card and teachers remarks in is/her class work / home work exercise books. 
  4. Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.

  6. Children should not bring crackers, colors, transistors etc. to the school. Bursting of crackers and 
    playing with colors is liable to lead to expulsion of a student from the school.
  7. During School houses no student will be allowed to go home without the written permission of the Principal.
  8. Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his/her things. There should be a name tag on 
    blazers and sweaters. Expensive articles like transistors, Calculators etc. should not be brought to 
    school. They are also not allowed to wear jewelling in school. In case of violation of this rule the 
    articles will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school. In case of 
    loss, a letter giving details of the loss may be sent to the class teacher. Articles found are to
     be handed over to the class teacher. 
  9. If your word is absent from school, he must make up all the work missed by him.
  10. Ensure that children do not carry fancy & expensive stationery items.
  11. Students suffering from diseases such as chicken pox, cholera, Measles, Mums, Whooping Cough and  
    Jaundice must observe the prescribed period of quarantine as mentioned under the heading,’ Absence’ in he Almanac .
  12. Students suffering from infectious diseases like conjunctivitis, Dermatitis, Scabies etc. should not be sent 
    to school.

  14. Students suffering from chronic diseases like Asthma, Epilepsy, Rheumatic Heart Disease etc.
     are advised to be under the continuous Medical supervision of a
     specialized Doctor. History of the illness must be filled up in the Almanac along with the treatment being given. 
  15. School transport is optional facility provided by school for the convenience of the parents and in no way, 
    school can be held responsible for any misshaping or otherwise. 
  16. All parents are requested to impart health Education to their children so that they -.Maintain personal 
    hygiene like: trimming of nails and being neat on a regular bardic 
  • Students should exercise regularly. 
  • Sleep for at least eight hours daily.
  • Have a balanced diet, nutritionally rich in proteins and milk. 
  • Drink water which is either boiled or filtered. All students are advised to bring their own water bottles from

  • De worm your child every year. Advice to be taken from your family Physician.
  • Get dental and eye cheek up done once in every year by a dental surgeon and eye surgeon.
  • Parents should immunize all children as per schedule given below. 
  • BCG
  • DPT 
  • Oral Polio 
  • Measles/ MMR (to be completed before entry to school) 
  • DT-at 5 years of age
  • Tetanus 
  • Typhoid  Booster dose to be given between 7-16 year
  • Cholera  of age and also once every year. 
  • Hepatitis  Preferably in the month of March.
  • Meningitis  (optional but recommended)
